Outside of work, I enjoy outdoor activities and exploring natural ways to support health, especially through nutrition and gut health. I believe in strengthening the immune system through wholesome food and mindful living. I am a devoted wife and mother. My husband and I have 5 boys. I am grounded in my faith and committed to living with purpose and compassion.
